We gladly assist with handling luggage. However, it is your responsibility to make sure luggage is not claimed by another passenger. We use reasonable precautions to protect cars; cars are parked at owner’s risk. Fees are for privilege of parking in a space and tax/surcharge. Facility owners/operators/employees are not responsible, nor do they assume, nor shall they at any time be liable for luggage, general effects, any and all damage or casualty due to fire, theft, breakage, collision, or any other cause whatsoever.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the designated Check-In Date. Your full deposit/payment will be credited to the card you used to place your reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours before the designated Check-In Date are subject to a fee of one day’s reserved parking rate. Reservations changed or cancelled after the designated Check-In Date will not be refunded. Refunds can take as long as 5 business days to be processed and appear on your credit card.
If your stay exceeds the number of days you reserved, an additional amount will be due and payable upon checkout from Smart Park, based on the actual length of your stay. In the event that a technical malfunction of the reservation system results in an erroneous “Balance Due” on your Booking Invoice, the actual Balance Due will be calculated on the basis of (Daily Rate + Tax + Surcharge) – Deposit = Balance Due. In the unlikely event that you arrive at the Facility within the two (2) hour period commencing at the designated Check-In Time and no parking space is then available for your use, your reservation will be accepted at our partner lot – Expresspark South, just minutes away. Discount Coupons and Free Day Coupons cannot be redeemed with Reservations.
